Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic week at Gasthof Walisgaden, surrounded by stunning views and nestled right on the slopes. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and the evening meals were absolutely delightful. However, the lack of a dedicated lounge area for relaxation and the poor TV reception were drawbacks. Overall, this hotel offered great value for a memorable family ski vacation.
My week at Gasthof Walisgaden was filled with skiing fun and breathtaking views. The accommodations were spacious and clean, but a little sparsely furnished. Dining was a highlight with excellent evening meals, though breakfast could include more cheese options. The unique arrival by skidoo added excitement, though the location's winding roads might pose challenges during bad weather.
I had a pleasant experience staying at the Gasthof Walisgaden, nestled at a breathtaking altitude. While the views were spectacular and the accommodation clean and spacious, I found the dining experience to be somewhat lacking in variety. The unique skidoo transportation was exciting for the kids, making our arrival memorable. The hotel excels in cleanliness and location but could improve on dining options and flexibility with meal times.
This hotel offers an excellent location for skiing, which I truly appreciated at the start of each day. The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and the public spaces were pleasant. However, I was quite disappointed with the restaurant experience, especially given the prices. The limited menu and poor quality of the evening meals left much to be desired, and the dining times were inconvenient due to external group reservations.
The hotel boasts an exceptional location for skiing, as it's situated halfway down the piste, making it easy to hit the slopes. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience was subpar, with limited menu options and a breakfast that did not meet expectations. Overall, while the hotel offers fantastic facilities and a thrilling approach via skidoo, improvements in the dining department are necessary.
